The registration fee for 2days includes dinner and accommodation.

Dinner: 3-course meal (All drinks are charged and paid for separately). The dinner will be served in the English style student hall canteen within the accommodation building. Vegetarian menu will be available. Further information about the menu will be updated on our website in due course.

Accommodation: A single study bedroom with en-suite bathroom facilities, inc towel, soap and bathmat. Internet access is available. Breakfast on Saturday is included.

The registration fee must be paid in Pounds Sterling by Paypal, Bank transfer, cheque or postal order (payable to BATJ).

Alteration and cancellation can be accepted by e-mail (to m.takahashi @ sheffiield.ac.uk) until 5August. Thereafter, no refund will be made.

All children must be accompanied by a parent/carer who is not participating in the conference.

*You need to have been a member of the current year 2012-13 to be entitled to the reduced fee when you send the registration and booking form. The non-member special rate is applicable only to a non-member who belongs to an institution in secondary education. The non-member student fee is applicable to full-time students on 30 -31 August 2013.
