Senior Lecturer at International Christian University (ICU). She serves as the director of Japanese language programs at ICU. She holds M.A. in Comparative Culture from ICU. She specializes in Japanese language education and program evaluation, particularly in the study of teacher and learner development through a cultural psychological approach. She also promotes implementation and research of program evaluation. Her research interests include Trajectory Equifinality Approach (TEA), auto-ethnography, Personal Attitude Construct (PAC) analysis, and developmental evaluation (DE).
